Dovetail Gallery and Studio…
a Magical Blend of Art & Nature

It might easily be Alice in Wonderland's rabbit hole, tucked into the trees above Green Bay's glistening waters, a quiet and quaint hide away. But Dovetail Gallery and Studio is truly a secret garden, a magical blend of art and nature. Located in a historic “dovetailed” log home, owner and artist Kathleen Mand Beck--assisted by her husband Tom Mand--has created a destination gallery and studio that features some of the world's most gifted artisans.

“Dedicated to displaying an eclectic collection of original fine art and fine craft with respect and appreciation,” Kathleen has created a unique gallery and studio where visitors can learn about art, as well as enjoy its beauty. Internationally recognized for her intricately carved and etched egg art designs and sculptures. Kathleen's guests “enjoy coming in the door. They always learn something new.”

A showcase for original and fine art, Dovetail Gallery & Studio exhibits a “sampling” of all types of art, representing more than 100 artists. A giant turtle created by Jon Anderson, the world's leading polymer clay artist, watches over the gallery from its perch.

Whimsical garden art includes distinctive handcrafted copper sprinklers handcrafted by Tom and copper and wrought-iron bird baths are functional as well as beautiful. Distinctive jewelry, batiks, paper weights, and thread paintings require more than a casual visit.

Wander down the path to the Dovetail Gallery & Studio's door and linger to hear the birds sing. “It's like living in a tree house,” smiled Kathleen of the magic she has created.
